Hello I had yesterday a panic attack and today another one after eating , maybe is my digestion problem or maybe I need to see an orl ( because I can’t breath properly for 15 min ) what I should do please ?

While when the problem with breathing occcurs you should try and take deep breaths lasting 5 seconds inspiration and 5 sec expiration or count to 5 . The first 2 breaths nothing happens the following you willi be better. Or try to breath in a grocery bag ( made of paper)
