PhysioSoul is a modern physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates center located in Glyfada. It is a fully equipped facility with wheelchair access, set in a comfortable and friendly environment. Physiosoul - Semprou Nansy is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she received advanced training in Manual Therapy. She provides all the necessary education in highly specialized rehabilitation therapies for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Each patient is unique, and therefore the program is personalized to the individual patient's needs. The center also offers services including Personal Training, Functional Training, Medical Training, and Pilates.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

Thodoros Xristoforatos is a Physiotherapist who has operated "CHRISTOFORATOSPHYSIO" in Palaio Faliro since 2024, which is a Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center aimed at providing services in a fully equipped environment. He graduated in 2017 from the Athens University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Mediterraneo Hospital, where he managed the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory cases. Additionally, he handled cases in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the High Dependency Unit (HDU). In 2018, he attended the Advanced Trauma Life Support seminars of the American College of Surgeons and obtained the International Diploma of ERGON IASTM TECHNIQUE. Subsequently, in 2019, he attended seminars for the International Diploma of the leukotaping method. In 2021, he earned an MSc in Rehabilitation (Neurological Rehabilitation) from Oxford Brookes University. In 2022, he collaborated with the Hellenic Swimming Federation, specifically with the Men's National Water Polo Team. Finally, from 2022 to 2023, he completed courses in Pilates Mat and Props and Pilates Reformer, obtaining certification as a Pilates Instructor.

Rebound Physiotherapy - Rehab - Athletic Development is composed of Richard Campos and Sophocles Symeonidis, graduates in Physiotherapy (Queen Margaret University) with many years of experience in sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal disorders. At Rebound, our core principle is the belief in the individual and their effort to recover and achieve peak performance, both at a sporting and everyday level. Our approach is personalized, tailored to the needs of each individual, aiming for the best possible outcome. Richard has served as the head physiotherapist for teams such as KAE AEK, Unics Kazan, and the Greece Men's National Team, while Sophocles specializes in sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and Clinical Pilates, creating the Athletic Recovery service. Both are members of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and are fluent in English.

Karathanasis Giorgos is a Physiotherapist providing home visits. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Since 2009, he has been working in the field of Physiotherapy, offering private home visits as well as having experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospitals and private clinics, gaining relevant professional experience. Finally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Physiotherapy Instructor at the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) "Akmi".

Fysio - Iasis Theodorou Eleni, overseen by Physiotherapist Eleni Theodorou, is a center specializing in Physiotherapy, Ergometric Analysis, Physical Medicine, and advanced specialized rehabilitation, located in Neo Kosmos. The head of the center, Eleni Theodorou, holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (TEI Athens). As part of her studies, she completed a six-month internship at Asklepieio Voula Hospital, primarily managing orthopedic and neurological cases. She has gained professional experience from physiotherapy clinics, athlete rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. In 2006, she was a member of the physiotherapy team for the Greek delegation at the IAAF World Athletics Championships. Margetis Vasileios is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Marousi. From a very young age, he was introduced to the science of physiotherapy by his physiotherapist parents, Margetis Theoklitos and Elena Papagiannaki. He graduated from the physiotherapy school in 2000 and has since been working with the experience gained alongside his parents, combined with the most up-to-date scientific training in new methods of therapy and rehabilitation. Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Physiospecialists - Lourida Antonia is a Physiotherapist and has operated a private physiotherapy clinic in Zephyri since 2005. She graduated from the Athens University of Applied Sciences in 1995. She has specialized in incontinence and pelvic pain therapies, as well as in upper limb rehabilitation (hand therapy). She is a member of the Hellenic Association of Physiotherapists and a board member of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy. She is also a member of the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) in the United Kingdom. Throughout her extensive career as a Clinical Physiotherapist, she has attended numerous seminars and conferences. The physiotherapy clinic is fully equipped with modern devices such as magnetic stimulators, shockwave ultrasound, tecar therapy, biofeedback, spinal traction-decompression, etc. It is staffed by physiotherapists who are members of the Hellenic Association of Physiotherapists, with significant clinical experience. Lampadinos Petros is a Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica (formerly A-TEI Athens). His career choice stemmed from a deep passion for sports and an intrinsic need to help people improve their health and functionality. Throughout his professional career, he has gained experience both in clinical settings and through home physiotherapy sessions, providing personalized care with responsibility and consistency. He is characterized by reliability, honesty, and accountability, while his communicative and positive approach contributes to building trusting relationships with patients. His philosophy is based on a holistic and patient-centered rehabilitation model, where the needs and goals of each patient are a priority. Iliadis Thodoris is a Physiotherapist and runs a private Physiotherapy Clinic in Dafni. His physiotherapy team consists of individuals with deep knowledge and many years of experience in the healthcare field. His primary concern is the immediate rehabilitation and well-being of the patient.

Kalavrezos Georgios is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private physiotherapy clinic in Ilioupoli. He studied in the Department of Physiotherapy at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Patras and trained at the General Hospital "Asklepieio" of Voula and the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach.
