Vardoulakis Xristoforos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He studied Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and holds a master's degree (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Novi Sad. He has extensive experience and training in the field and has collaborated with teams from the Greek Super League, providing his services. Detsis Georgios is a Physiotherapist practicing professionally in Nea Ionia. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and an MSc in Clinical Management of Pain from the University of Edinburgh, School of Medicine. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy from the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has served as Head of the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Department at the Rehabilitation Center "Anaplasi" and as an External Collaborator at Leukos Stavros Hospital and Doctors’ Hospital. He is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, UK.

Dr Karanasios Stefanos is a Physiotherapist, founder and director of the private physiotherapy clinic Physio - Kifisia in Kifisia. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of West Attica, specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He holds a Master's degree with a specialization in Hand Rehabilitation from the University of Derby, UK, and a Master's degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. He has worked as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in clinics in England, in private physiotherapy clinics in Thessaloniki and Athens, and as a Physiotherapist for the Hellenic Cycling Federation. To this day, he teaches Manual Therapy postgraduate seminars at the educational institution Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has numerous research publications and conference presentations to his credit, and he is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association (PSF-NPDD).

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Ο Γεωργόπουλος Χρήστος είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά κέντρα φυσικοθεραπείας από το 2009, έχοντας αναλάβει περισσότερους από 11000 ασθενείς, στην Καλλιθέα, στο Περιστέρι και στη Νίκαια. Είναι ιδρυτής των φυσικοθεραπευτηρίων στην Καλλιθέα και στη Νίκαια Αττικής (2017 και 2019 αντίστοιχα), συνεχίζοντας το όραμα παροχής μιας συνεχώς εξελισσόμενης θεραπείας που ξεκίνησε με το φυσικοθεραπευτήριο ΕΞΕΛΙΞΗ στο Περιστέρι, το οποίο ίδρυσε μαζί με τον κύριο Φουφόπουλο Νικόλαο το 2010. Το 2014 ξεκίνησε Διδακτορική Διατριβή στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών με αντικείμενο τον Ηλεκτρικό Νευρομυϊκό Ερεθισμό (ΗΝΜΕ). Όντας τελειόφοιτος Διδάκτωρ το 2019 εξετάστηκε στις Πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις για την εισαγωγή στην Τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση και εισήχθη στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών ΕΚΠΑ (βαθμολογία 19,6). Το Νοέμβριο του 2023 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή και ορκίστηκε Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει 18 δημοσιεύσεις σε περιοδικά και συνέδρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε 11 σεμινάρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 27 συνέδρια και έχει αναλάβει περισσότερα από 11.000 περιστατικά. Ο κ. Karathanasis Giorgos is a Physiotherapist providing home visits. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Since 2009, he has been working in the field of Physiotherapy, offering private home visits as well as having experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospitals and private clinics, gaining relevant professional experience. Finally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Physiotherapy Instructor at the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) "Akmi".

Stamatiou Dauid-Aggelos and Malama Andromachi are specialized physiotherapists and have been operating the physiotherapy clinic ActivePhysioCenter in Kallithea, Attica, since 2019. We are graduates of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI). Subsequently, we specialized at the Association of Manual Therapists Physiotherapists of Greece (S.F.X.E.-I.F.O.M.T.) in Manual Therapy - Chiropractic methods and Dry Needling, and in Biomedical Acupuncture (EFEA), respectively. Ούσα φοιτήτρια ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται σε τοπικές αθλητικές ομάδες, ενώ από το 2013 έως και σήμερα δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της αποκατάστασης τόσο με κατ’ οίκον επισκέψεις όσο και ως εξωτερικός συνεργάτης σε φυσικοθεραπευτήρια. Παράλληλα, η φυσικοθεραπεύτρια διδάσκει σε Δημόσιες και Ιδιωτικές Δομές Φυσικοθεραπείας.Δεδομένου ότι κύριο μέλημα της κα Κυριακάκη είναι η αποκατάσταση του ασθενή, παρακολουθεί σεμινάρια και ημερίδες, με σκοπό να είναι απόλυτα ενημερωμένη στις εξελίξεις της Φυσικοθεραπείας.

Ο Γιαλαμάς Παναγιώτης είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής (BSc) και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στον Άγιο Δημήτριο. Είναι απόφοιτος του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής (ΠΑ.Δ.Α.) και προσφέρει εξειδικευμένες κατ' οίκον φυσικοθεραπείες . Με 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην κατ' οίκον αποκατάσταση και παράλληλα 6 χρόνια σε 2 ιδιωτικά φυσικοθεραπευτήρια της Αθήνας, ασχολούμενος με μυοσκελετικά και νευρολογικά περιστατικά , διαθέτει την κλινική γνώση και την πρακτική εμπειρία για να σας καθοδηγήσει αποτελεσματικά . The scientific director, Mr. Gkaveras Vasilis, is specialized in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory disorders, as well as therapeutic exercise and acupuncture. Vasilis Gkaveras is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens, Department of Physiotherapy. He has attended numerous conferences, both as a participant and as a speaker. Since his graduation in 2007, he has been continuously enhancing his education by attending seminars in his field of expertise. He has completed seminars in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF 1, 2, 3a), myofascial trigger point therapy (Trigger Point Therapy 1, 2), dry needling (Dry Needle Therapy 1), and sports taping (Medical Taping), qualifications that make him specialized in musculoskeletal and neurological cases. In 2012, he completed the two-year first cycle of postgraduate studies at the Greek Association of Manual Therapy Physiotherapists, obtaining the title of Manual Therapist, internationally recognized by IFOMT. Regarding his professional experience, he has worked in several physiotherapy clinics in Athens (ARCOS Rehabilitation Center, OSTEO-PHYSIO Therapy Lab, 401 General Military Hospital of Athens), as well as at the municipal polyclinics of Agios Stefanos, through volunteer work. At the beginning of 2013, he founded the physiotherapy center "Physiopulse." Finally, he also provides home treatment services.

Kampanos Aristeidis is a Physiotherapist and operates a private clinic in Korydallos. He graduated from the Physiotherapy Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and received postgraduate training in Biomedical Acupuncture at the University of West Attica. The clinic offers a wide range of services aimed at the complete rehabilitation of the patient, always prioritizing their safety.
