Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi. She holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Physiotherapy, a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a laboratory collaborator at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Western Greece. She has received postgraduate training in Gynecological Physiotherapy and is a certified Pelvic Floor Trainer (PFT) for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Additionally, she has specialized in the most modern methods for the rehabilitation of spinal disorders, Respiratory Physiotherapy, treatment of the lower jaw, Dry Needling acupuncture, and Visceral Mobilization (Barral technique, Grenoble, France). She is a member of the European Parkinson Disease Association (EPDA) as well as the Hellenic Society for Parkinson's Disease "EPIKOUROS-kinisi," with extensive experience in the rehabilitation of patients with this condition. Furthermore, she holds certifications in manual therapy techniques and Maitland and Ackermann chiropractic techniques for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems throughout the body. Finally, her clinical experience is notable, having worked in numerous clinics and hospitals such as the University Hospital of Patras, General State Hospital of Nikaia, Iaso General Hospital, and White Cross Athens.

Stamatiou Dauid-Aggelos and Malama Andromachi are specialized physiotherapists and have been operating the physiotherapy clinic ActivePhysioCenter in Kallithea, Attica, since 2019. We are graduates of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI). Subsequently, we specialized at the Association of Manual Therapists Physiotherapists of Greece (S.F.X.E.-I.F.O.M.T.) in Manual Therapy - Chiropractic methods and Dry Needling, and in Biomedical Acupuncture (EFEA), respectively. At the ActivePhysioCenter Physiotherapy Clinic, we aim for a holistic approach to musculoskeletal and neurological cases, relying on careful and thorough patient history-taking and evaluation to ensure that the therapeutic approach is targeted and individualized.

Margetis Vasileios is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Marousi. From a very young age, he was introduced to the science of physiotherapy by his physiotherapist parents, Margetis Theoklitos and Elena Papagiannaki. He graduated from the physiotherapy school in 2000 and has since been working with the experience gained alongside his parents, combined with the most up-to-date scientific training in new methods of therapy and rehabilitation. The core principles of the physiotherapy clinic, which has been in operation since 1980, are a passion for the field of physiotherapy and a genuine concern for the patients. The goal and purpose are the complete rehabilitation of the patient and their reintegration into daily or athletic activities. Zervas Ioannis is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Kaisariani. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Professions and Welfare at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. The physiotherapist has extensive experience in neurological disorders and musculoskeletal cases. Additionally, in his modern facility, he offers services such as therapeutic exercise, neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy, and treats conditions including partial tears of cruciate ligaments, ligaments, menisci, and low back pain.

Kemeridou Aikaterini is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the “Viokinisi” Physiotherapy Center in Nea Ionia. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. She possesses significant experience and specializes particularly in shoulder and knee disorders, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Therapy, acupuncture for the rehabilitation of sports injuries, orthopedic, respiratory, and neurological conditions, postoperative and post-traumatic rehabilitation, among others.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Troupi Eleni is a Physiotherapist with a private rehabilitation physiotherapy clinic in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She trained at Savonlinna Hospital University Hospital in Finland and subsequently began her postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia. During 2009-2010, she obtained a diploma in neuro-reflex therapy (Manual Neurotherapy) under Nico Pauli, while simultaneously training in acupuncture for musculoskeletal issues, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as mobilization techniques of the spine and peripheral joints (Manual Therapy) using Mulligan and McCarthy techniques. She is also involved in the ultrasonographic evaluation of peripheral joints with musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Panhellenic Union of Physiotherapy Laboratory Technicians, and the European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation.

Η φυσικοθεραπεύτρια Κυριακάκη Άννα σπούδασε στο Τεχνολογικό Ίδρυμα της Πάτρας, οπότε και ορκίστηκε το 2011. Ούσα φοιτήτρια ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται σε τοπικές αθλητικές ομάδες, ενώ από το 2013 έως και σήμερα δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της αποκατάστασης τόσο με κατ’ οίκον επισκέψεις όσο και ως εξωτερικός συνεργάτης σε φυσικοθεραπευτήρια. Παράλληλα, η φυσικοθεραπεύτρια διδάσκει σε Δημόσιες και Ιδιωτικές Δομές Φυσικοθεραπείας.Δεδομένου ότι κύριο μέλημα της κα Κυριακάκη είναι η αποκατάσταση του ασθενή, παρακολουθεί σεμινάρια και ημερίδες, με σκοπό να είναι απόλυτα ενημερωμένη στις εξελίξεις της Φυσικοθεραπείας.

Demosthenis Imariagkmpe is a Physiotherapist who operates Physiotherapy Centers in Kolonaki and Vyronas. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica and is a physiotherapy instructor at IEK OMHROS. The specialist applies modern physiotherapy techniques for the rehabilitation of painful musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Since 2009, he has been working in the field of Physiotherapy, offering private home visits as well as having experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospitals and private clinics, gaining relevant professional experience. Finally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Physiotherapy Instructor at the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) "Akmi".

Lavda Laskarina is the owner and scientific director of the Physiotherapy Center "Therafit", which has been operating since 2003 in Ilion. Lavda Laskarina is a physiotherapist, graduate of the A.T.E.I. Lamia. Her extensive experience in physiotherapeutic rehabilitation, ongoing lifelong education in specialized and international physiotherapy programs, deep belief in the limitless potential for rehabilitation of each condition, and compassion combined with dedication and care create the prerequisites for an optimal outcome regardless of the nature of each issue. During her many years of professional activity, she has undertaken postgraduate studies in Germany with the international company Vojta (IVG) for the training of the proven effective Vojta therapy program. Vojta therapy is applicable to any motor dysfunction or lesion that may appear from infancy and childhood through to adulthood. Furthermore, she has received postgraduate training in manual therapy techniques by Freddy Kaltenborn and Karel Lewit, myofascial pain release techniques – trigger points therapy via ischemic pressure and dry needling, Schroth therapy, and three-dimensional manual therapy for foot deformities such as hallux valgus, pes planus, clubfoot, calcaneovalgus foot, and sickle foot in infants and children according to Barbara Zukunft-Huber. Simultaneously, she continues to train relentlessly, closely following scientific developments.

Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and has attended numerous seminars. He possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, having worked both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, he worked at the Central Hospital of Mikkeli in Finland, gaining experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological cases.

Thodoros Xristoforatos is a Physiotherapist who has operated "CHRISTOFORATOSPHYSIO" in Palaio Faliro since 2024, which is a Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center aimed at providing services in a fully equipped environment. He graduated in 2017 from the Athens University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Mediterraneo Hospital, where he managed the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory cases. Additionally, he handled cases in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the High Dependency Unit (HDU). In 2018, he attended the Advanced Trauma Life Support seminars of the American College of Surgeons and obtained the International Diploma of ERGON IASTM TECHNIQUE. Subsequently, in 2019, he attended seminars for the International Diploma of the leukotaping method. In 2021, he earned an MSc in Rehabilitation (Neurological Rehabilitation) from Oxford Brookes University. In 2022, he collaborated with the Hellenic Swimming Federation, specifically with the Men's National Water Polo Team. Finally, from 2022 to 2023, he completed courses in Pilates Mat and Props and Pilates Reformer, obtaining certification as a Pilates Instructor.

Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής.
