Rebalance - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Koukaki is a fully equipped facility offering a friendly and comfortable environment where physiotherapeutic treatment and a supportive approach are provided for all types of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions. My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Vardoulakis Xristoforos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He studied Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and holds a master's degree (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Novi Sad. He has extensive experience and training in the field and has collaborated with teams from the Greek Super League, providing his services. Additionally, he specializes in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as sports injuries.

Gerasimos Kavvadias is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the Model Physiotherapy Center “Anelixis Physio Clinic” in Kallithea. He graduated from the Physiotherapy department of the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed his internship at the Asklepieio Hospital of Voula. Concurrently, he is attending the postgraduate training program for Physiotherapists of the Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has worked as a Physiotherapist in private physiotherapy clinics in Athens, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with a private physiatry medical practice and a sports club. At Anelixis Physio Clinic, musculoskeletal problems are approached by applying specialized techniques, such as the Mulligan therapeutic approach and the McKenzie method.

Ksenofon Xatzisarantos is a Physiotherapist and runs a private clinic in Anoixi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has undergone further training in manual therapy with techniques based on hands-on treatment. During his career, he has worked at the physiotherapy center "IASIS," at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, as a Physiotherapist for the National Fencing Team of the "Paradeisos Marousiou" Club, and as a Coordinator in the Fencing Department at the Olympic Games. Today, the center offers the most advanced techniques for the rehabilitation of orthopedic, neurological, and sports conditions, specifically using taping techniques such as kinesiotaping, and techniques for spinal rehabilitation such as Maitland, Kaltenborn, and Mulligan. Additionally, he is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars to stay continuously updated on advancements in his field.

Makri Dimitra is a Physiotherapist - Acupuncturist and operates the private physiotherapy clinic "DMK Physio" in Voula. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom and has completed postgraduate studies at Université René Descartes in France, specializing in Sports Physiotherapy. Additionally, she trained in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia in Italy, aiming for a holistic approach to patient treatment. Her clinical practice was conducted in public rehabilitation centers and clinics, as well as at the Bradford Bulls Rugby sports facilities, in collaboration with the National Health Service (NHS) of the UK. During her professional career, she worked as a Physiotherapist at the "Dais" Sports Center, gaining valuable experience. Ms. Makri specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, cervical pain, headaches, migraines, vertigo, temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, neuralgias, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy physiotherapy, sciatica, low back pain, postoperative cases, neurological rehabilitation, and pediatric physiotherapy.

Mpoukouvalas Nikolaos Ph.MD is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and received further training in the United Kingdom. The clinic facilities are housed in a privately owned 250-square-meter space spread over two levels with internal access between floors. The treatment rooms are fully designed and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to address both the simplest and the most complex and rare conditions. There are personal therapy rooms for each patient to ensure privacy, as well as rooms equipped with the latest technology devices. Additionally, there is a hydrotherapy room featuring a large whirlpool bath and a specialized room for massage and acupuncture. Zervos Vasilis (BSc) is a graduate Physiotherapist from the University of West Attica (2017–2022), with clinical and practical experience across a wide range of cases, from musculoskeletal conditions to neurological disorders and sports injuries. He has several years of experience in private physiotherapy clinics, sports teams, and rehabilitation centers, as well as in home-based treatments. He specializes in postoperative rehabilitation, treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological rehabilitation, and the application of therapeutic and sports massage. He holds a Manual Therapy diploma (Hellenic OMT eDu, 2023) and has been a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association since 2022.

Papagiannaki Kanela & Associates is a physiotherapist and operates scientific physiotherapy centers in Pangrati and Neo Heraklio. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica. She has specialized in many areas of her field, as well as in various therapeutic methods aimed at improving and treating different conditions of her patients. During her studies, she completed her practical training in public hospitals, where she gained experience in cases from various medical specialties, such as orthopedics, neurology, pathology, and sports medicine. In the past, she also volunteered at various physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers. Additionally, she has served as a scientific collaborator at Aegean College and the Metropolitan College of Athens, as well as a scientific advisor to major gyms and sports clubs. Beyond this, she has been a member of various associations related to her specialty.

Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Aleksopoulos Aleksios is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Acharnes. He is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He continuously follows the developments in the field by participating in seminars and conferences. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach. Through comprehensive medical history taking and detailed clinical evaluation, she designs and implements personalized treatment programs tailored to the needs and objectives of each patient, aiming to improve functionality and quality of life.

Delavinias Aggelos - Sports Rehab is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Moschato. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed a postgraduate program specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. He possesses a practical certification in “Kinesio Tape” from the Kinesio Taping Association and a physiotherapist instructor certification in the use of specialized therapeutic exercise equipment for musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries from the Thera-Band Academy at the European Center of Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Studies in Germany. Additionally, he was trained in football athlete prevention techniques “FIFA 11+” at the 23rd International Seminar on Sports Rehabilitation and Traumatology and at the 2nd Scientific Conference on Football Sports Medicine organized by FIFA. He has worked as a laboratory collaborator in the Physiotherapy Department of the TEI of Lamia and serves as a physiotherapist collaborator for the national football teams of Children, Youths, and Men’s & Hope’s futsal teams, participating in final phases of European championships and World Cups with the Hellenic Football Federation. Finally, he actively participates in numerous seminars, conferences, and scientific research projects and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Physio Clinics - Katsimpoulas Panagiotis is a Physiotherapist and operates a private practice in Nea Ionia. He is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Patras and possesses extensive experience in rehabilitation and patient care. He has worked in both hospital settings, such as the Attikon University General Hospital, and in private physiotherapy centers, while also serving as the lead physiotherapist at Physio Experts. Since 2021, he has maintained a private physiotherapy clinic in Nea Ionia, offering personalized treatments aimed at restoring mobility and improving the quality of life for each patient.

Physioaskisis -Afoi Tsiampa is a physiotherapy center located in Chalandri, led by Thanos Tsiampas, who completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. At the physiotherapy center, each patient can receive information on the appropriate rehabilitation and treatment methods for their condition. The center provides specialized services in sports injuries, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as services for meniscus rehabilitation, mobility restoration due to lymphatic dysfunction, and exercises and techniques to assist patients with chronic respiratory conditions using standard physiotherapy equipment, shockwave therapy, and TEKAR devices. Additionally, it has extensive experience in traumatic brain injuries, as well as orthopedic and rheumatologic disorders.

Physiopractica Xatziliadis Anastasios Georgalli Xristina is a modern Physiotherapy and Manual Therapy Center providing specialized rehabilitation treatments for orthopedic and neurological conditions. Each patient is unique; therefore, the treatment plan is designed to offer the patient the best care to address their specific problem.
