Karapapas Georgios is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center Physiopractic in Aigaleo. My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi. She holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Physiotherapy, a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a laboratory collaborator at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Western Greece. She has received postgraduate training in Gynecological Physiotherapy and is a certified Pelvic Floor Trainer (PFT) for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Additionally, she has specialized in the most modern methods for the rehabilitation of spinal disorders, Respiratory Physiotherapy, treatment of the lower jaw, Dry Needling acupuncture, and Visceral Mobilization (Barral technique, Grenoble, France). She is a member of the European Parkinson Disease Association (EPDA) as well as the Hellenic Society for Parkinson's Disease "EPIKOUROS-kinisi," with extensive experience in the rehabilitation of patients with this condition. Furthermore, she holds certifications in manual therapy techniques and Maitland and Ackermann chiropractic techniques for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems throughout the body. Finally, her clinical experience is notable, having worked in numerous clinics and hospitals such as the University Hospital of Patras, General State Hospital of Nikaia, Iaso General Hospital, and White Cross Athens.

PHYSIOSTEPS - Karydis Nikolaos is a modern physiotherapy center located in Nea Kifisia, founded and scientifically directed by Physiotherapist Nikolaos Karydis. His involvement in sports as a member of the National Equestrian Team highlighted both the necessity of injury prevention and the comprehensive rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. After completing his studies at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the University of Athens, he continued his education at the Physiotherapy Department of Charles University in the Czech Republic, where he graduated with honors. Karathanasis Giorgos is a Physiotherapist providing home visits. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Since 2009, he has been working in the field of Physiotherapy, offering private home visits as well as having experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospitals and private clinics, gaining relevant professional experience. Finally, since 2022, he has been serving as a Physiotherapy Instructor at the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) "Akmi".

Authinos Konstantinos My Physio, PT, MSc, is a Physiotherapist with a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Semmelweis University in Budapest and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. His studies were completed in the English-language departments of these universities, making him highly proficient in English. He has worked as an assistant physiotherapist at HYGEIA Hospital and the National Rehabilitation Foundation for the Disabled in Ilion. From January 2012 until 2018, he was an Associate Physiotherapist at the Model Center for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation of Mr. Georgios Il. Goudevenos. He has participated in the development of a study entitled "Chronic Low Back Pain: The Role of Rehabilitation," which was presented at a conference of the Medical School of the University of Crete in 2012. Sorras Nikolaos Iatreio Apokatastasis Kai Diaxeirisis Ponou is a Physiatrist and maintains a clinic in Ampelokipoi. He holds the European Diploma in Pain Medicine - Algology (The European Diploma In Pain Medicine Knowledge and Pain Medicine Management from the European Federation of Pain - EFIC) for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain cases. He holds a medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School and from the Military Officers Corps School. He is the Director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and was the Head Physician of the football academies of PAE Panathinaikos. He holds a Master's degree in "Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation. Management of Spine-Origin Pain" and the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine. He is also certified in medical acupuncture and auriculotherapy. He specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and the General Hospital "Asklepieio" of Voula, and holds the European title of specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society, and the Hellenic Algology Society.

Gidas Dimitrios is a Physiotherapist who runs a private physiotherapy clinic in Elefsina. Additionally, he serves as a Physiotherapist in the ICU of the Athens Bioclinic. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Specialized Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Manual Therapy Diploma). He also has a specialization in Biomedical Acupuncture from the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology at the University of West Attica (UniWA) and has received further training in Biomedical and Traditional Acupuncture at Shanghai University. Finally, he specializes in physiotherapeutic assessment and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Karantoni Vasiliki is a Physiotherapist and Head of the Physiotherapy Center "Physio-Osteo Center" in Ilisia. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain (Universite Catholique de Louvain, U.C.L.), Belgium, and possesses two Master's degrees. Specifically, she holds a Master's degree specializing in General Osteopathy of the Joints - a Specialized License in the Sports Environment from the Free University of Brussels (Universite Libre de Bruxelles, U.L.B.), and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy with therapeutic manipulations (Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy) from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. She has completed practical training in clinics in Belgium, specifically at the University Hospital of Brussels St. Luc, the St. Pierre Clinic, and the William Lenox Neurological Center. Additionally, she completed her clinical internship in Greece at the General Attica Hospital KAT and at EL.LE.P.A.P.. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, the Department of Cardiovascular Respiratory Physiotherapy - Rehabilitation (T.K.A.F.A.), and the "Spine" group of the Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, whose workshops she has attended. Finally, throughout her many years of experience and practice, she has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Greece and abroad.

Ergotherapei - Center for Special Therapies is located in Galatsi. The founders and scientific supervisors of the Center are Dimitra Efthymiou, a qualified occupational therapist, and Georgia Paschali, a qualified speech therapist.

Ergotherapei Center is a specialized therapeutic facility focusing on the assessment and intervention of neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with motor, neurological, developmental, psychosocial, and learning difficulties. Ούσα φοιτήτρια ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται σε τοπικές αθλητικές ομάδες, ενώ από το 2013 έως και σήμερα δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της αποκατάστασης τόσο με κατ’ οίκον επισκέψεις όσο και ως εξωτερικός συνεργάτης σε φυσικοθεραπευτήρια. Παράλληλα, η φυσικοθεραπεύτρια διδάσκει σε Δημόσιες και Ιδιωτικές Δομές Φυσικοθεραπείας.Δεδομένου ότι κύριο μέλημα της κα Κυριακάκη είναι η αποκατάσταση του ασθενή, παρακολουθεί σεμινάρια και ημερίδες, με σκοπό να είναι απόλυτα ενημερωμένη στις εξελίξεις της Φυσικοθεραπείας.

Nikolaidou Andriani is a Physiotherapist who runs a private physiotherapy clinic, the "Physio Art Center," in Nea Smyrni. She graduated in 1992 from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and completed internships during her studies at the National Institute for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, the Naval Hospital of Athens, and the Attica General Hospital KAT. She has attended seminars by the American Society Hands On, focusing on advanced physiotherapy techniques applied in Europe and the USA. Techniques include Trigger Point therapy (for upper and lower limbs and trunk), Manual techniques (chiropractic on the spine - upper and lower limbs), Dry Needling, and neural tissue mobilization. Recently, she trained in Biomedical Acupuncture for musculoskeletal disorders. She is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association and the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, and since 2005, she has been a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS). Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and has attended numerous seminars. He possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, having worked both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, he worked at the Central Hospital of Mikkeli in Finland, gaining experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological cases.

Delavinias Aggelos - Sports Rehab is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Moschato. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed a postgraduate program specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. He possesses a practical certification in “Kinesio Tape” from the Kinesio Taping Association and a physiotherapist instructor certification in the use of specialized therapeutic exercise equipment for musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries from the Thera-Band Academy at the European Center of Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Studies in Germany. Additionally, he was trained in football athlete prevention techniques “FIFA 11+” at the 23rd International Seminar on Sports Rehabilitation and Traumatology and at the 2nd Scientific Conference on Football Sports Medicine organized by FIFA. He has worked as a laboratory collaborator in the Physiotherapy Department of the TEI of Lamia and serves as a physiotherapist collaborator for the national football teams of Children, Youths, and Men’s & Hope’s futsal teams, participating in final phases of European championships and World Cups with the Hellenic Football Federation. Finally, he actively participates in numerous seminars, conferences, and scientific research projects and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.
