The Back2Health - Gkiokas Panagiotis physiotherapy center is located in Nikaia and Peristeri. The center specializes in resolving orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related issues, while continuously advancing its training in various therapeutic techniques such as acupuncture, spinal manipulation, therapeutic exercise, myofascial therapy, and manual therapy. Zervos Vasilis (BSc) is a graduate Physiotherapist from the University of West Attica (2017–2022), with clinical and practical experience across a wide range of cases, from musculoskeletal conditions to neurological disorders and sports injuries. He has several years of experience in private physiotherapy clinics, sports teams, and rehabilitation centers, as well as in home-based treatments. He specializes in postoperative rehabilitation, treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological rehabilitation, and the application of therapeutic and sports massage. He holds a Manual Therapy diploma (Hellenic OMT eDu, 2023) and has been a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association since 2022.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Ergotherapei - Center for Special Therapies is located in Galatsi. The founders and scientific supervisors of the Center are Dimitra Efthymiou, a qualified occupational therapist, and Georgia Paschali, a qualified speech therapist.

Ergotherapei Center is a specialized therapeutic facility focusing on the assessment and intervention of neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with motor, neurological, developmental, psychosocial, and learning difficulties. The center offers specialties in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Special Education, Early Intervention, and Psychological Support for children. Additionally, counseling services and psychoeducation for parents and caregivers are provided, which, combined with individualized programs for each patient, aim to enhance the individual's functionality, independence, emotional and communicative maturation, and autonomy.

The supervisors and the center’s team, guided by their scientific and specialized training, offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches for assessment and intervention.

Gerasimos Kavvadias is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the Model Physiotherapy Center “Anelixis Physio Clinic” in Kallithea. He graduated from the Physiotherapy department of the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed his internship at the Asklepieio Hospital of Voula. Concurrently, he is attending the postgraduate training program for Physiotherapists of the Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has worked as a Physiotherapist in private physiotherapy clinics in Athens, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with a private physiatry medical practice and a sports club. At Anelixis Physio Clinic, musculoskeletal problems are approached by applying specialized techniques, such as the Mulligan therapeutic approach and the McKenzie method.

Physio Pro - Kourakou Malvina is a Physiotherapist with a private practice in Kato Patissia. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy and completed postgraduate studies in "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of Athens. She has been trained in Acupuncture for the management of musculoskeletal and chronic pain, as well as in auriculotherapy, along with other physiotherapy techniques for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and other conditions, including Sports and Therapeutic Taping, Kinesiotaping, Sports Massage, McKenzie Technique, Biofeedback, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She has extensive experience, having managed the physiotherapy clinic at the Thermal Springs in Loutra Aidipsou for 6 years, and is currently responsible for the Physiotherapy Department at the sports facility center Tatoi Club. Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the World Confederation for Physical Therapy, with official participation and an award at the WCPT Conference in Amsterdam, and serves as the organizational secretary of the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology.

He studied Medicine and Physiotherapy at Charles University in Prague. He has served as the Clinical Supervisor for final-year physiotherapy students at Charles University, specializing in Rheumatology. He contributed to the writing of the book "Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery" for the World Congress of Liver Surgery held in Athens.

He maintains his private Physiotherapy practice in Agia Paraskevi. He specializes in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, and Physiotherapeutic Assessment & Rehabilitation, providing personalized treatments.

Karapapas Georgios is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center Physiopractic in Aigaleo. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the School of Health and Welfare Professions at ATEI Athens and has specialized in Biomedical Acupuncture at the University of West Attica. The Physiopractic physiotherapy center consists of a team of specialized and experienced physiotherapists with clinical expertise. At Physiopractic, modern rehabilitation methods are applied using specialized techniques and state-of-the-art equipment that are completely safe and effective, aiming to meet the ever-increasing demands. Vogiatzis Xarilaos is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Kinesiotherapy and Physical Education from the National Sports Academy of Sofia and has earned a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy at the National Sports Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Additionally, he holds a diploma in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy, a diploma in Sujok Therapy from the Medicum College Free Studies Laboratory, and a diploma in manual Neurotherapy and Visceral Mobilization. He has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as an educator at the 1st Public IEK Thessaloniki, and as a Physiotherapist at the Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Thessaloniki. Finally, he regularly attends numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Physio Clinic Konstantakis - Ksenofon Konstantakis operates a private physiotherapy clinic - Physio Clinic Konstantakis in Athens. Concurrently, he is the Physiotherapist for the Panathinaikos basketball team. Anastasiadi Elisavet is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioflow Therapy," which she operates in Agios Dimitrios. She holds a degree from the Athens Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Physiotherapy, is a PhD candidate at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, and a graduate of the Master's program in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton. She has served as a laboratory associate at the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and has received further training in Gynecological Physiotherapy for pelvic floor rehabilitation from the UK-based POGP association. Additionally, she is specialized in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation of spinal and limb conditions and in acupuncture. She holds certifications in manual therapy techniques and chiropractic methods for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Finally, she possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in both private and public clinics in England (West Sussex and Sussex Community NHS Trust) and in Greece.

Delavinias Aggelos - Sports Rehab is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Moschato. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed a postgraduate program specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. He possesses a practical certification in “Kinesio Tape” from the Kinesio Taping Association and a physiotherapist instructor certification in the use of specialized therapeutic exercise equipment for musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries from the Thera-Band Academy at the European Center of Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Studies in Germany. Additionally, he was trained in football athlete prevention techniques “FIFA 11+” at the 23rd International Seminar on Sports Rehabilitation and Traumatology and at the 2nd Scientific Conference on Football Sports Medicine organized by FIFA. He has worked as a laboratory collaborator in the Physiotherapy Department of the TEI of Lamia and serves as a physiotherapist collaborator for the national football teams of Children, Youths, and Men’s & Hope’s futsal teams, participating in final phases of European championships and World Cups with the Hellenic Football Federation. Finally, he actively participates in numerous seminars, conferences, and scientific research projects and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Georgakopoulos Georgios is a Physiotherapist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and specialized at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Rome, Clinica Delle Malattie Nervose e Mentali. He continued his specialization at the "San Giovanni Battista" Hospital in Rome and attended rehabilitation methods for patients after open-heart surgery at the "Deborah Hospital" in New Jersey, United States of America. Finally, he has worked as a physiotherapist at the "Villa Fulvia" Clinic and the private clinic "Fisiotuscolano s.r.l." in Rome and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Italian Association of Physiotherapists.

Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. Consequently, in 2022, she decided to start as a freelancer in Heraklion, Crete, in a 330 sqm facility in Agios Ioannis with 4 treatment rooms and 2 gyms (therapeutic exercise and clinical Pilates). Certified seminars are also held at the same location in collaboration with Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved).

Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and has attended numerous seminars. He possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, having worked both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, he worked at the Central Hospital of Mikkeli in Finland, gaining experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological cases.

Karousos Aleksandros Kai Synergates has been engaged in physiotherapy since 1998 and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Evosmos, Thessaloniki (contracted with EOPYY). His extensive studies both within and outside Greece, combined with his postgraduate education and many years of experience in orthopedic and neurological cases, enable him to successfully manage very difficult and complex cases with very high success rates in their rehabilitation.
