Έδειξε να γνωρίζει ακριβώς την ένταση του πόνου που ένιωθα στον ώμο μου από τις κινήσεις που μου είπε να κάνω στην αξιολόγηση που μου έκανε. Μετά το πέρας της συνεδρίας μου έδειξε διατάσεις και ασκήσεις για να προσέχω τον τραυματισμό μου. Επιπλέον, φάνηκε να ενδιαφέρεται για την επίλυση του προβλήματος μου και όχι για την απλή συντήρηση του με απώτερο σκοπό το οικονομικό όφελος (κάτι που είχα παρατηρήσει σε προηγούμενους φυσικοθεραπευτές που είχα πάει). Τέλος, ο χώρος του θεραπευτηρίου είναι αρκετά ήσυχος και το προσωπικό που δουλεύει εκεί εμπνέει ένα πιο οικογενειακό κλίμα, κάτι το οποίο με βοήθησε να χαλαρώσω από την πρώτη στιγμή.
