Ο Σάσαλος Γρηγόριος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Επιμελητής Ορθοπαιδικής κλινικής Metropolitan Hospital και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Γαλάτσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει λάβει υποτροφία από το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών για την τέλεση μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος της Εθνικής Σχολής Δημόσιας Υγείας. Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του στην Ά Πανεπιστημιακή κλινική ΕΚΠΑ. Διετέλεσε επί σειρά ετών άμισθος Επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Β' Πανεπιστημιακής Κλινικής ΕΚΠΑ. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος διεθνών συνεδρίων, ειδικών σεμιναρίων σε νέες τεχνικές και εκπαιδευτικών courses. Αναλαμβάνει την αντιμετώπιση περιστατικών σε ολόκληρο το φάσμα της επανορθωτικής χειρουργικής, αρθροπλαστικές ισχίου και γόνατος, με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στην ελάχιστη επεμβατική αρθροπλαστική ισχίου SuperPATH. Αναλαμβάνει την αρθροσκοπική αποκατάσταση αθλητικών κακώσεων στις περιπτώσεις που δεν ανταποκρίνονται στη συντηρητική αγωγή.
