Ήταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στον κύριο Ζέρβα. Ήταν συνεπής στο ραντεβού μας, απλός, προσιτός, κατανοητός, έδειξε ενδιαφέρον για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω, με εξέτασε σχολαστικά και μου έδωσε την κατάλληλη φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Φαίνεται καταρτισμένος και εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη. Τον προτίμησα για τις άριστες κριτικές που έχει στο "doctoranytime", και τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σε άλλους ασθενείς.

Από τότε που επισκέφτηκα για πρώτη φορά τον γιατρό (μετά από τις πολύ θετικές αξιολογήσεις στο site της doctoranytime) μέχρι κ σήμερα μπορώ απλά να πω ότι πρόκειται για έναν ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟ δερματολόγο, που πρώτα από όλα είναι άνθρωπος, ακούει με ηρεμία ότι σε προβληματίζει, και πάντα μα πάντα ότι οδηγίες μας έχει δώσει οικογενειακώς -σε δερματικά προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουμε- είναι πετυχημένες.
