My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.
I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.
I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.
I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.
In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.
Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.
I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.
