He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Semmelweis University in Budapest and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. His studies were completed in the English-language departments of these universities, making him highly proficient in English. He has worked as an assistant physiotherapist at HYGEIA Hospital and the National Rehabilitation Foundation for the Disabled in Ilion. From January 2012 until 2018, he was an Associate Physiotherapist at the Model Center for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation of Mr. Georgios Il. Goudevenos. I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.
