She earned her master's degree with Honors from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in the Prevention, Intervention, and Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries. She specialized (2011-2013) in Biomedical Acupuncture through the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology, and in 2017 obtained a Chiropractic Diploma from the Ackermann College in Sweden. She pursued further training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at the University of Essex, United Kingdom, becoming the first Greek graduate of the department with a specialization in musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation using modern INDIBA activ radiofrequency technology, serving as an official trainer of this therapeutic method in Greece.
