Dimitrios Millas is a Physiotherapist and founder of the clinic "The Physio Project," located in Galatsi, providing personalized physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and strengthening services for all age groups. Additionally, he is a physical education teacher, graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (TEFAA) of Serres (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), and a specialized physiotherapist from Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic, FTVS). During his extended stay in the Czech Republic, he worked at the Military Hospital of Prague (UVN Praha) while simultaneously being involved with the infrastructure departments of Sparta Praha HC – U19. He has also served as a Clinical Instructor and head of the research and development department in the physiotherapy technology development sector at BTL Medical Technologies. Upon returning to Greece, he took on roles as the Physiotherapist of the National Armed Forces Football Team and as the Federal Athletic Physiotherapist of the National Hope Football Team - U21, positions he continues to hold. Finally, he specializes in physiotherapeutic assessment and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Iliadis Thodoris is a Physiotherapist and runs a private Physiotherapy Clinic in Dafni. His physiotherapy team consists of individuals with deep knowledge and many years of experience in the healthcare field. His primary concern is the immediate rehabilitation and well-being of the patient.

Physioaskisis -Afoi Tsiampa is a physiotherapy center located in Chalandri, led by Thanos Tsiampas, who completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. At the physiotherapy center, each patient can receive information on the appropriate rehabilitation and treatment methods for their condition. The center provides specialized services in sports injuries, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as services for meniscus rehabilitation, mobility restoration due to lymphatic dysfunction, and exercises and techniques to assist patients with chronic respiratory conditions using standard physiotherapy equipment, shockwave therapy, and TEKAR devices. My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Είναι απόφοιτος της Εθνικής Ακαδημίας Αθλητισμού στην Κινησιοθεραπεία και του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής, Τμήμα Φυσικοθεραπείας. Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, στον τομέα της Ιατρικής. Gidas Dimitrios is a Physiotherapist who runs a private physiotherapy clinic in Elefsina. Additionally, he serves as a Physiotherapist in the ICU of the Athens Bioclinic. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Specialized Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Manual Therapy Diploma). He also has a specialization in Biomedical Acupuncture from the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology at the University of West Attica (UniWA) and has received further training in Biomedical and Traditional Acupuncture at Shanghai University. Finally, he specializes in physiotherapeutic assessment and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Troupi Eleni is a Physiotherapist with a private rehabilitation physiotherapy clinic in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She trained at Savonlinna Hospital University Hospital in Finland and subsequently began her postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia. During 2009-2010, she obtained a diploma in neuro-reflex therapy (Manual Neurotherapy) under Nico Pauli, while simultaneously training in acupuncture for musculoskeletal issues, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as mobilization techniques of the spine and peripheral joints (Manual Therapy) using Mulligan and McCarthy techniques. She is also involved in the ultrasonographic evaluation of peripheral joints with musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Panhellenic Union of Physiotherapy Laboratory Technicians, and the European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation.

Karousos Aleksandros Kai Synergates has been engaged in physiotherapy since 1998 and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Evosmos, Thessaloniki (contracted with EOPYY). His extensive studies both within and outside Greece, combined with his postgraduate education and many years of experience in orthopedic and neurological cases, enable him to successfully manage very difficult and complex cases with very high success rates in their rehabilitation. He has served as a head of rehabilitation centers in Greece and Germany, a permanent collaborator of a private hospital in Athens, and physiotherapist for football teams in Greece and abroad. Polyzakis Nikolaos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Thessaloniki. He studied Physiotherapy at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, from which he graduated in 1994. The combination of his theoretical training with his many years of experience enables him to effectively manage all types of cases within the scope of physiotherapy.
