Athanasios Konstantelias is a Neurosurgeon, specializing in minimally invasive Neurosurgery with main focus on Spine diseases and Neuro-oncology. He maintains a private practice in Athens and Peristeri. He has served as an Attending Neurosurgeon-Facharzt Neurochirurgie at the Cereneo Clinic, Lucerne, Switzerland. He studied Medicine at the University of Crete and obtained a Diploma of Postgraduate Studies from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens with a thesis on the Epidemiology of Brain Tumours Internationally. He then specialized in a full-time position and post-graduate training in the Spine Department at the SRH Zentralklinikum Suhl in Germany. He completed postgraduate training in Endoscopic Skull Base Neurosurgery at the Università degli Studi di Verona, Italy where he received the corresponding Master di Secondo Livello certification. His bibliographic references exceed 980. The physician collaborates with hospitals and clinics.
