Πότε μπορώ να περπατήσω μετά από σπασμένο κνήμη 1,5 μήνα με γύψο;
Καλησπέρα έχω σπάσει το πόδι μου καταγμα κνημης εδώ και 1μισι μήνα και την πεμπτη θα πάω να τον βγάλω.Μολις τον βγάλω θα μπορώ να περπατησω η να πάω μια μικρή βόλτα ή σε κάτι γενέθλια χαλαρά χωρίς τρέξιμο και τα συναφή?
