Ο γιατρός είναι πολύ καλά καταρτισμένος, εξηγεί με υπομονή και απαντά αναλυτικά στις ερωτήσεις και απορίες του ασθενούς, είναι πολύ ευγενής. Επίσης, κάτι δύσκολο, γνωρίζει να κινείται στη χρυσή τομή ανάμεσα στον υπερβολικό εφησυχασμό και την υπερβολική ανησυχία.
