Lisa Gavrouli is a Person-Centred Psychotherapist and founder of ReEnvision Me. She holds the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) awarded by the European Association for Psychotherapy and an MSc in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Strathclyde, with Distinction. She has also specialised in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Hellenic Focusing Centre. She has clinical experience in both private and non-profit settings, providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults, as well as facilitating groups and personal development seminars.
She has specialised in and holds certification in Clinical Interventions in ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) from Evergreen, Psychosomatic Interventions from the European Association of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Eating Disorders Treatment from the European Federation of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (EFICP). She also holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in History of Art and Communication from Deree, both with Distinction. In addition, she has training and certifications in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time-Line Therapy® from the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) and the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), is a Team & Leadership Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds a Diploma in Organizational Psychology, and is trained as a Parent Effectiveness Training (PET) Workshop Facilitator by Gordon Hellas.
Her therapeutic identity is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, a non-directive approach that recognises the individual as the best expert on their own lived experience and places emphasis on an authentic, safe and egalitarian therapeutic relationship. She brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the corporate sector, including extensive experience as a Human Resources Director, with a focus on people development, change management, organisational culture and coaching.
Her primary therapeutic interests include the role of intuition, dreams and imagination in addressing inner conflicts and psychosomatic symptoms. Her research on “The Role of Intuition in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Change” received a distinction from the University of Strathclyde.
She maintains a private practice in Marousi, Athens, and provides individual psychotherapy and coaching sessions to adults, both in person and online.
