Πολυ σχολαστική προσέγγιση, σαν πρώτη επίσκεψη ήταν πολυ επιμελής στο να πάρει αναλυτικά ιστορικό. Ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό οτι μας έλεγε το σκεπτικό και τη μεθοδολογία των εξετάσεων που θα πρέπει να γίνουν, απαντώντας σε ότι απορίες υπήρχαν. Πολυ ανθρώπινη και ζεστη προσέγγιση γενικότερα.
