Επισκέφτηκα τον κ. Παύλου με τον γιο μου σε προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού γιατί έμπαινε το νύχι στο δέρμα του ποδιού του. Ο γιατρός μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν ευγενικός και πολύ φιλικός. Προσχώρησε στην μερική αφαίρεση του νυχιού και έδωσε τις απαραίτητες πολύ αναλυτικές οδηγίες. Το παράπονο μου είναι ότι ενώ στην πλατφόρμα γράφει πως το κόστος της επίσκεψης για την ονυχοκρυπτωση είναι 150 ευρώ όταν ήρθε η ώρα να πληρώσουμε μας ζήτησε 200. Μας ανέλυσε ότι ήταν 150 για αφαίρεση και άλλα 50 για την επίσκεψη. Καλο θα ήταν ο κ. Παύλου να γίνει συγκεκριμένος στις τιμές που γράφει στην πλατφόρμα για να μην εφοδιάζει δυσάρεστα τους ασθενείς του αφού έτσι κι αλλιώς τη συγκεκριμένη υπηρεσία μπορεί να την προσφέρει μόνο με τη φυσική παρουσία των ασθενών.

Αγαπητέ Κύριε, Δεν αναφέρετε ότι το κόστος της επίσκεψης δεν ήταν για την προγραμματισμένη υπηρεσία για την οποία είχατε κλείσει το ραντεβού, αλλά για άλλη νόσο εκτός της προγραμματισμένης. Μου αναφέρετε και άλλη νόσο του γιου σας και μου ζητήσατε να τον εξετάσω. Τον εξέτασα, γνωματευσα, συνταγογραφησα εξετάσεις για την άλλη νόσο και συστησα επανεξέταση μετά το πέρας των εξετάσεων για την άλλη νόσο. Στη διάθεσή σας ευχαριστώ.

Ο γιατρός μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη. Αφαίρεσα ένα νύχι και η όλη διαδικασία ήταν γρήγορη και σχετικά ανώδυνη. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη.

Έχω μείνει πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τον κΠαύλου. Έκανα μια μικροεπεμβασουλα στο νύχι του ποδιού (λόγω μύκητα που εξελίχθηκε άσχημα και έκανε το νύχι μου κούφιο) και συνέχισα με μια θεραπεία. Έχω δει πολύ μεγάλη βελτίωση!
