Ο κ. Δακής Κωνσταντίνος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός - Χειρουργός σπονδυλικής στήλης Κοζάνη και στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Από το 2006 μέχρι το 2011 υπηρέτησε στο Ε΄ Ορθοπαιδικό Τμήμα του Ασκληπιείου Βούλας (Μονάδα άκρας χειρός) υπό την διεύθυνση του κ. Κίννα. Από το 2008 έως το 2009, συμμετείχε ενεργά στις δραστηριότητες του τμήματος αθλητικών κακώσεων του Νοσοκομείου ΚΑΤ, οι οποίες αφορούσαν εξωτερικά ιατρεία, χειρουργεία, σεμινάρια, όπως αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και αθλητικών κακώσεων. Ακόμη, υπηρέτησε στο Α’ Ορθοπαιδικό τμήμα του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Παίδων "Π. και Α. Κυριακού", όπου και συμμετείχε ενεργά (εφημερίες, εξωτερικά ιατρεία, εργασίες, δραστηριότητες κλινικής). Το 2009 ειδικεύτηκε στο τμήμα Σπονδυλικής Στήλης της Ιατρικής Σχολής του πανεπιστημίου της UTAH-Salt Lake City, USA, όπου συμμετείχε στις δραστηριότητες του τμήματος στη χειρουργική της σπονδυλικής στήλης, χειρουργεία, εξωτερικά ιατρεία, εβδομαδιαία διάσκεψη του τμήματος. Αποπεράτωσε την ειδικότητα της ορθοπαιδικής το 2011. Αρίστευσε στις εξετάσεις της Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογικής Εταιρείας Μακεδονίας - Θράκης, λαμβάνοντας βραβείο την υποτροφία από την Οργανωτική επιτροπή του 32ο Ο.Τ.Ε.ΜΑ.Θ. Τέλος, ολοκλήρωσε τα 5 modules (ενότητες)της εκπαίδευσης στην σπονδυλική στήλη και έλαβε από την Spine Society of Europe στο Στρασβούργο το δίπλωμα EUROPEAN SPINE COURSE DIPLOMA.
