Την συγκεκριμένη ημέρα είχε προκύψει επείγουσα καισαρική, προσπαθήσαμε να ενημερώσουμε εγκαίρως την ασθενή αλλά δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνό της, ερχόμενη εδώ ενημερώθηκε ότι η γιατρός θα καθυστερήσει περίπου 30με 40 λεπτά. Η ασθενής πήγε βόλτα και επέστρεψε μετά από 30 λεπτά το χειρουργείο κράτησε ένα τέταρτο παραπάνω από την προβλεπόμενη ώρα και έτσι δημιουργήθηκε η καθυστέρηση. Η κυρία Ρογδάκη λόγω συχνής συμμετοχής στην χειρουργική και μαιευτική αίθουσα μπορεί να καθυστερήσει κάποια φορά στο ραντεβού της, ωστόσο πάντοτε εξυπηρετεί και δίνει προτεραιότητα στους ασθενείς και τα προβλήματα τους. Ζητάμε βαθύτατα συγγνώμη γι΄αυτό και παρακαλούμε για την κατανόηση σας.
