Χρειάζεται αντιβίωση για ουρολοίμωξη με E. coli 100.000 cfu/ml;

Έχω αυτές τις μέρες συμπτώματα ουρολοίμωξης κι έκανα καλλιέργεια και το αποτέλεσμα έδειξε: Μιρκόβιο E. coli Ανάπτυξη = 100.000 cfu/ml Χρειάζεται να πάρω αντιβίωση;
