Πότε να ξεκινήσω αντιβίωση για ουρολοίμωξη με ιστορικό Escherichia coli;
Καλησπέρα, τις τελευταίες 4 ημέρες έχω έντονα συμπτώματα ουρολοίμωξης, πόνο κ τσούξιμο κατά την ούρηση. Η γενική ούρων δείχνει λίγα πυοσφαιρια , εντός των ορίων, ενώ η καλλιέργεια βγήκε θετική με ≥10 5cfu/ml Escherichia coli. Έχω ουρολοίμωξη εφόσον τα πυοσφαιρια είναι λίγα; Προσπάθησα να το αντιμετωπίσω με πολλά νερά . Τη μια είμαι λίγο καλύτερα,την άλλη χειρότερα.Πρέπει να ξεκινήσω αντιβίωση; *Υπόψιν έχω νοσηλευτεί με πυελονεφρίτιδα πριν 4 χρόνια..έχω ιστορικό συχνών ουρολοιμώξεων.

Καλησπέρα σας πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να ξεκινήσετε αντιβίωση.Πρέπει να κάνετε αντιβιογραμμα να δούμε σε ποιο αντιβιοτικό είναι ευαίσθητο,θα μπορούσαμε βέβαια να αρχίσουμε με ένα ευρέως αλλά δυνατό.καλό θα ήταν όμως να έχουμε αντιβιογραμμα είναι πιο δόκιμο και σωστό.Μετά επισκεφτείτε ενα Νεφρολόγο για την αγωγή και φυσικά πρέπει να γίνει έλεγχος γιατί κάνετε τόσο συχνά ουρολοιμώξεις.Καλη ανάρρωση και ευχαριστώ πολύ
