Καλησπέρα σας είμαι γυναίκα 48 χρόνων,πριν 6 χρόνια υποβλήθηκα σε ολική υστερεκτομη λόγω καρκίνου του ενδομητρίου ακολούθησαν χημειοθεραπείες και ακτινοβολίες...κάθε χρόνο κάνω τον έλεγχο μου με τις ανάλογες αξονικες...εδώ και μια εβδομάδα περίπου εμφάνισα λίγο αίμα(σαν πληγή)ενα μεμονωμένο περιστατικό το οποίο επαναλήφθηκε με καφέ κηλίδες μια άλλη ημέρα... έκτοτε δεν έχω αλλά συμπτωματα...ο γυναικολόγος με προέτρεψε σε ουρολόγο ...επίσης είμαι πρησμένη και έχω συχνοουρια...θα ήθελα την συμβουλή σας...λόγω ιστορικού ανησυχώ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Προφανώς λόγω του ιστορικού σας θα πρέπει να γίνει ένας ενδελεχης έλεγχος κ να βρούμε από που προέρχεται το αίμα. Οι πιθανότερες αιτίες είναι η ουροδόχος κύστη, ο κόλπος κ ο πρωκτός. Οπωσδήποτε θα πρέπει να γίνει μια σωστή αξιολόγηση αυτών.
