Υπάρχει μόνιμη λύση για στένωση ουρήθρας μετά από βακτηριαιμία και ουρολοίμωξη;
Καλησπέρα. Πρόσφατα νοσηλεύτηκα για 15 μέρες σε νοσοκομείο λόγω βακτηριαιμίας που ξεκίνησε από ουρολοιμωξη. Αργότερα, όταν βγήκα από το νοσοκομείο εμφανισα μια δυσκολία στην ούρηση και μετά από επίσκεψη σε ουρολόγο φάνηκε ότι εχω στενωση ουρηθρασ. Ο ιατρός μου σύστησε διαλείποντες καθετηριασμους και alfural για πάντα. Όντας 25 χρόνων με παραξένεψε αλλά το έκανα. Δεν μπορώ να πω ότι δεν βοηθάει αλλά, εκτός του γεγονότος ότι είναι μια επίπονη διαδικασία, δεν μου φαίνεται και μόνιμη λύση κιόλας. Χωρίς να θέλω να αμφισβητήσω τον γιατρό μου, ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει άλλη λύση; Ή επέμβαση δεν θα είχε πιο μόνιμο αποτέλεσμα; Να σημειώσω ότι πολύ μικρός είχα χειρουργηθει για υποσπαδια.
