Τι να κάνω για υψηλό ουρικό οξύ 7,3 χωρίς κατανάλωση κρέατος;
Γεια σας. Στις τελευταίες αιματολογικές μου εξετάσεις βρέθηκε το ουρικό οξύ ανεβασμένο 7,3. Εγώ ούτε κρέατα πολλά καταναλώνω την εβδομάδα, ούτε οι οινοπνευματώδη πίνω ποτέ, ούτε ξηρούς καρπούς ή εντόσθια. Τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω??? Ήδη άρχισα το Zyloric 100mg ένα την ημέρα. Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Καλησπέρα σας γενικές οδηγίες Γενικές διατροφικές οδηγίες:
1. Πίνε άφθονο νερό – τουλάχιστον 2 λίτρα/ημέρα (αν δεν έχεις περιορισμό)
2. Περιορισμός κόκκινου κρέατος σε 1–2 φορές την εβδομάδα
3. Απόφυγε το αλκοόλ, ειδικά την μπύρα
4. Μείωσε την κατανάλωση επεξεργασμένων τροφών και γλυκών
5. Απώλεια βάρους, αν υπάρχει υπερβάλλον βάρος (σημαντικό για τη μείωση του ουρικού)και καλό είναι το zyloric 100mg αλλά υπολογίστε 2-3 μήνες και μετά ελενχο.Καλη επιτυχία και ευχαριστώ πολύ
