Εξέταση MTHFR 677C/T και Α1298C: Ένδειξη θρομβοφιλίας;
Καλησπέρα σε εξέταση γονιδίου MTHFR 677C/ T με αποτέλεσμα Ετεροζυγο, Φυλλικό Οξύ 40.0 και Ομοκυστεινη 15.8 ο γιατρός μου ζήτησε να λαμβάνω εκτός του Filicine που λαμβάνω εδώ κ 3 μήνες και Β12fix για ένα μήνα και κατόπιν να κάνω κ την εξέταση Α1298C για να δούμε αν θα βγει κ αυτή Ετεροζηγη. Ανάλογα με το αποτέλεσμα τι συμβαίνει έχω θρομβοφιλια; Σας ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα!!

Το MTHFR εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια έχει σταματήσει να θεωρείται θρομβοφιλία. Το μόνο που ελέγχουμε πια είναι η ομοκυστεΐνη (που αν είναι αυξημένη η αντιμετώπιση είναι το φυλλικό οξύ). Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να ξοδέψετε τα χρήματα σας για τον έλεγχο της μετάλλαξης Α1298C. Φαντάζομαι αυτές τις οδηγίες σας τις έδωσε ιατρός άλλης ειδικότητας και όχι Αιματολόγος. Η γνώμη μου είναι αν υπάρχει λόγος ελέγχου θρομβοφιλίας ανάλογα με το ιστορικό σας να απευθυνθείτε σε Αιματολογο ώστε να σας κατευθύνει σωστά με βάση τις νεότερες κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες.
