Πρήξιμο πάνω από την κλείδα και η σχέση με λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση?

Καλησπερα σας,εχω δυο μεγαλα πρηξιματα αριστερα και δεξια πανω απο την κλειδα...εκανα αξονικη οπου δεν φαινεται να εχουν επηρεαστει οι λεμφαδενες....ειχα περασει διπλη ιωση και λοιμωδης μονοπυρηνωση... οι εξετασεις αιματος εδειξαν θετικες στον ιο eppstein bar igg 1715,00.. παρακαλω που πρεπει να απευθυνθω σε ποια ειδικοτητα ιατρο για το πρηξιμο πανω απο την κλειδα? Μπορει να ειναι απο την λοιμωδης μονοπυρηνωση?
