Πρήξιμο λεμφαδένα σε 10χρονο μετά από γρίπη: κίνδυνος κακοήθειας;
Καλημέρα σας. Μετά από γρίπη ο γιος μου ηλικίας 10 ετών πρήστηκε στον δεξιό τραχηλικό λεμφαδένα. Το πρήξιμο είναι ορατό, λίγο ερυθρό και όταν το ακουμπάει πονάει. Δεν έχει άλλα συμπτώματα. Ξεκίνησε αντιβίωση και περιμένουμε να δούμε αν θα υποχωρήσει. Μπορεί να είναι σημάδι για κάποια κακοήθεια όπως Λέμφωμα;

Με βάση το ιστορικό και την εικόνα του λεμφαδένα που περιγράφετε φαίνεται λοιμώδους αιτιολογίας, οπότε καλώς παίρνει αντιβίωση. Σε περίπτωση επιδείνωσης ή μη υποχώρησης παρά την αντιβίωση, επικοινωνήστε με τον παιδίατρο σας για να γίνει περαιτέρω έλεγχος.

Το πολυ πιθανότερο είναι να είναι λοιμώδους αιτιολογίας. Θα αποδειχθεί με την πιθανοτατη υποχώρηση της διογκωσης
