Hello , I have a serve chest pain ,I've been following up with some doctors, who gave me medicine, but it didn't workout, I made tests xray and ultrasound also , I don't know where to go anymore, should I go for cardiologist or gastroenterology, I'm grateful if any helpful advice

The general approach for chest pains is first to exclude potential cardiological reasons so your first visit should be to the cardiologist. If nothing wrong is found there, you can visit a gastroenterologist to discuss the possibility of reflux as a reason for the pain.
