Μπορεί το μικρόβιο Staph. aureus να υπάρχει στον προστάτη/σπέρμα;

Καλησπερα, θα ηθελα να ρωτησω για ενα μικροβιο το staph. aureus. Σε καλλιεργεια σπερματος που ειχα κανει τον Μαρτιο ειχε βρεθει αλλα ο γιατρος ειπε με απολυτη σιγουρια οτι ειναι δερματικο και οτι εγινε επιμολυνση στο δειγμα. Ξανακανω απο μονος μου μετα απο ενα μηνα 2 καλλιεργειες σπερματος και βγαινουν αρνητικες. Μετα απο 6 μηνες ξανακανω καλλιεργειες σπερματος και ουρων και στο σπερμα ξαναβρεθηκε το μικροβιο staph aureus. Τελικα αυτο το μικροβιο μπορει να υπαρχει στον προστατη/σπερμα; Και αν το εχω γιατι δεν ανιχνευεται και στις 4 καλλιεργειες που εχω κανει αλλα μονο στις 2? Με αυτες τις θετικες καλλιεργειες πρεπει να συναντησω δερματολογο; Ευχαριστω
