Υπάρχει μεγάλη περίπτωση η κύστη με θηλωματώδη προσεκβολή να είναι κακοήθεια;

Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 24 χρονων με σπω και ασταθή περιοδο ύστερα από υπέρηχο όπου υπήρχε μια παραοωθηλακικη κυστη 2.8 εκ ( γνώρισα πως υπήρχε εδώ και δύο χρόνια) βρέθηκε κάτι και μετέβη σε μαγνητική τομογραφια όπου λήφθηκε το συμπερασμα: Κύστη με μικρή θηλωματώδη προσεκβολή στο τοιχωμα αυτής ελέγχεται παρά την αριστερή ωοθηκη. Συνιστάται βιοψία και ιστολογική ταυτοποίηση λόγω της ήπιας συμπαγούς της ενίσχυσης. Υπάρχει μεγάλη περίπτωση να είναι κακοήθεια;; Να σημειώσω πως πριν δύο μήνες που είχα κάνει υπέρηχο η κυστη δεν είχε τέτοιο εύρημα.

  • Καλησπέρα σας. Η περίπτωση για κακοήθεια λόγω της ηλικίας σας είναι πολύ μικρή. Εάν κάποιος δεν γνωρίζει το ακριβές ιστορικό σας και δεν σας εξετάσει κάνοντας ο ίδιος υπέρηχο δεν μπορεί να σας απαντήσει με σαφήνεια. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
