Υπερηχογράφημα μαστών: BIRADS 3 μόρφωμα και κύστη στον δεξιό μαστό
Καλησπέρα, παρακάτω σας παραθέτω το αποτέλεσμα από το υπερηχογράφημα μαστών: Μαζικοί αδένες φυσιολογικής ηχοανακλασικότητας χωρίς σημεία διαταραχής της αρχιτεκτονικής των αδενικών λοβίων και του ινολιπώδους στρώματος αυτών. Στην 11η ώρα του δεξιού μαστού, με επιφανειακή εντόπιση απεικονίζεται πολύχωρο υποηχοικό και κατά τόπους ανηχοικό μόρφωμα με καλή διαπερατότητα των ήχων διαστάσεων `2,17Χ0,58cm χωρίς εμφανή αγγείωση (BIRADS 3). Συνιστάται κλινική συνεκτίμηση, συσχέτιση με λοιπές απεικονίσεις, US επανέλεγχος εντός 6μήνου ή περαιτέρω έλεγχος με MRI. Κύστη διαμέτρου 0,40cm στην 3η ώρα του δεξιού μαστού. Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας, πιθανώς να είναι ινοαδένωμα (αναλόγως της ηλικία σας). Θα πρότεινα λόγω μεγέθους να το εξαιρέσετε χειρουργικά και να σταλεί για ιστολογική εξέταση.
