Ειμαι 22 και νιώθω απότομο πόνο στο στήθος σαν ηλεκτροσόκ, είναι ανησυχητικό;

Ειμαι 22 και καμιά φορά με πιάνει κάτι απότομο ανάμεσα στο στήθος προς τα πάνω σαν ηλεκτροσόκ, σαν ταχυπαλμια σαν να χάνω τον χτύπο της καρδιάς δεν μπορώ να το εξηγήσω ακριβώς , μετά παίρνω ανάσα και φεύγει .Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό; Οι εξετάσεις αίματος και βιοχημικές που έκανα ήταν φυσιολογικές .

  • το πιθανοτερο ειναι να ειναι εκτακτες συστολες.Κοψε τους καφεδες,μειωσε το αγχος και να κοιμασε τουλαχιστον 7 ωρες/24h.Aν τα παραπανω δεν βοηθουσουν απευθυνσου στον καρδιολογο σου
