Τι να κάνω για πόνο στον εσωτερικό μηρό μετά από απότομη πίεση στο πόδι;
Εδώ και 3 βδομάδες, σκόνταψε, έβαλα το αρ.ποδι μπροστά και δέχτηκε απότομη πιεση. Ακομη δεν μπορώ να περπατήσω απο τον πόνο - τσίμπημα προαγωγών (εσωτερικό μέρος μηρού). Τι μπορώ να κάνω? (Έκανα πριν καθε πρωί 1 ώρα ποδήλατο αλλά το σταμάτησα και αυτό). Το καλό είναι οτι κάνω καθιστική δουλειά όλη μέρα και δεν το κουράζω. Περιμένω απάντηση και λόγω εορτών Χρόνια πολλά ..!!!
