Χαιρεται, ειμαι 21 ετων αντρας, επαθα ρηξη χιαστου στο δεξι ποδι πριν 2 εβδομαδες, ο πονος εχει υποχωρησει, μπορω να περπατησω απλα βαζω βαρος πιο πολυ στο αριστερο ποδι επειδη το δεξι με ποναει. Η ερωτηση ειναι η εξης, επειδη ειμαι αθλητης και μεχρι προτινος πριν παθω την ρηξη γυμναζα ολο το σωμα, γυμναστικη με βαρη στα χερια μπορω να κανω με προσοχη χωρις να βαζω πολλα κιλα αν δεν βαζω δυναμη στα ποδια;
