Μπορεί το κάταγμα λεκάνης να προκαλέσει ασυμμετρία στα άκρα και πόνο;
Καλημέρα! Ασθενής 72 ετών με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη τύπου 2, μετά απο πτώση στο σπίτι παρουσίασε αδυναμία δεξιού άνω άκρου και παράλυση δεξιού κάτω άκρου. Νευρολόγος μας είπε ότι το δεξί κάτω άκρο είναι σε έξω στροφή και κοντύτερο από το αριστερό. Η ασθενής αναφέρει πόνο στην περιοχή της λεκάνης. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι κάταγμα λεκάνης μαζί με εγκεφαλικό έμφρακτο; Μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν αυτά τα δυο; Ο Νευρολόγος που την είδε δεν μας είπε τιποτα. Μια βοήθεια παρακαλώ.
