Καλησπέρα σας.Εχω κάταγμα 3ου και 4ου μεταταρσίου.Φοραω υπόδημα αποφόρτισης από τις 13/7.Στην επανεξέταση μου είπαν ότι πάει καλά και ότι μπορώ να κάνω ο,τι θέλω αρκεί να φοράω το παπούτσι.Ποιος είναι ο πιο ασφαλής τρόπος να μπω στη θάλασσα;

Μαλλον να φορεσεις καποιο προστατευτικο πεδιλο θαλασσης και να μη πας σε παραία με πετρες κλπ

Πάτε με τη μπότα μέχρι την ακροθαλασσιά, την αφαιρείτε κ μπαίνετε στο νερό.
