Θα χειροτερέψει η κήλη στη μέση μου αν σηκώνω βάρη στη δουλειά;
Γεια σας!!! Πριν ένα μήνα σχεδόν απέκτησα κήλη στη μέση μικρή αλλά πιέζει νεύρο και ο ο πόνος ήταν πραγματικά πρωτόγνωρος έκανα μαγνητική πήρα παυσίπονα και συνεχίζω με φυσικοθεραπεία το θέμα είναι ότι στη δουλειά μου είμαι αναγκασμένη να σηκώνω βάρος και να σκύβω συνέχεια θα χειροτερέψει μελλοντικά η κατάσταση μου εξαιτίας αυτού? Δεν ξέρω αν έχει σημασία αλλά πριν ένα χρόνο με πονούσε η μέσηου από την δεξιά μεριά λόγο προβολής δισκου ( η κήλη είναι αριστερά) είμαι γυναίκα 41 ετών και
