Χρειάζεται αφαίρεση χολής για πολύποδα 8-9 χιλιοστά σε έλεγχο χολής;

48 ετων. Σε τυχαίο υπερυχογραφικό έλεγχο έλεγχο πριν από 12 χρόνια βρέθηκε πολύποδας στη χολή 8-9 χιλιοστα. από τότε τον παρακολουθω κάθε χρόνο και δεν έχει αλλάξει κάτι. Επιβάλλεται αφαίρεση χολής αφού εξακολουθω να τον παρακολουθω? Επίσης μια τέτοια κατάσταση κατα πόσο θα μπορούσε να δώσει συμπτώματα όμοια μ΄'αυτα του ευερέθιστου εντέρου? Ευχαριστώ!!
