Πώς να αυξήσω τη φερριτίνη με φερριτίνη 9, αιματοκρίτη 42, έλκος;
Καλησπέρα σας έκανα αιματολογικές εξετάσεις και έχω φερριτινη 9 , αιματοκρίτη 42 και σίδερο ορου 168.Πριν δύο μήνες που είχα κάνει πάλι εξετάσεις είχα 40 φερριτινη,πως γίνεται να έπεσε σε 2 μηνες .Είμαι 48 ετών και περίοδο έχω αραιά και που ,με πολύ λίγο αίμα.Ειχα τον τελευταίο διάστημα ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι.Το καλοκαίρι είχα κάνει γαστροσκόπηση και μου βρήκαν έλκος δωδεκαδακτύλου ακολούθησα την θεραπεία δεν βρέθηκε ελικοβακτηριδιο.Πως θα ανεβάσω την φερριτινη ?

Πρέπει να πάρετε σίδηρο από το στόμα

Θα πρέπει να κάνετε γαστροσκόπηση και κολονοσκόπηση γιατί από κάπου χάνετε αίμα.

Αυτό συνήθως συμβαίνει όταν υπάρχει απώλεια αίματος και ο σίδηρος χρησιμοποιείται για αναπλήρωση του χαμένου αίματος πιό γρήγορα από ότι απορροφάται από τις τροφές. Εαν είχατε έλκος, αυτό θα μπορούσε να είναι αιτία απώλειας αίματος. Εαν η φερριτίνη συνεχίζει να πέφτει, ίσως η γαστροσκόπηση χρειάζεται επανάληψη για έλεγχο εαν το έλκος εχει επουλωθεί.
