Πέτρα στη χολή 9 χιλ. και σπληνεκτομή: Να κάνω χειρουργείο;
Καλησπέρα σας..έχω πέτρα στην χολή 9 Χιλ..επιπλέον έχω χειρουργείο στην κοιλιά από σπληνεκτομή επειτα απο τροχαίο.. χειρουργός με συμβούλεψε αφού δεν με ενοχλεί να μην χειρουργηθώ γιατί πιθανόν να μην γίνει λαπαροσκοπικα και να επιβαρυνθω πολύ λόγω ότι προϋπάρχει το άλλο χειρουργείο .. εσείς τι γνώμη έχετε;;

Το χειρουργείο της σπληνεκτομής δεν έχει σχέση. Εάν πρέπει να χειρουργηθείτε, μπορεί να γίνει το χειρουργείο σας λαπαροσκοπικά.

Όντως δεν είναι αναγκαίο αφού δεν σας ενοχλεί, ΑΛΛΑ αφενός μεν μπορεί αργότερα να χρειαστεί, αφετέρου δε συνήθως ακόμα και σε χειρουργημένες κοιλιές γίνεται λαπαροσκοπικά.

Γίνεται προσπάθεια γιά λαπαροσκοπική αφαίρεση.Αν δεν είναι εύκολο τότε ανοικτή χολοκυστεκτομή.ΠΟΤΕ δεν αφήνουμε πέτρα στη χολή χωρίς επέμβαση.Εκτός αν μιλάμε γιά ηλικίες άνω των 80
