Είμαι 41 ετών με ήπια πάχυνση χολής και αδενομύωση - είναι προκαρκινικό;

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 41 ετών και σε πρόσφατο υπέρηχο βρέθηκε ήπια πάχυνση της χολής και εικόνα αδενομύωσης. Έχω τρομάξει μιας και θεωρείται προκαρκινικό στάδιο. Έκλεισα χειρουργείο σε 2 εβδομάδες. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει εξελιχθεί σε μη αναστρέψιμη κατάσταση;

  • Η αδενομύωση της χοληδόχου κύστης δεν είναι προκαρκινικό στάδιο και από μονο του δεν αποτελεί πάντα λόγο για χειρουργείο. Ειναι πάρα πολύ συχνό τυχαίο εύρημα στους υπερήχους και στην πλειονότητα των περιπτώσεων ελάχιστης σημασίας. Δεν έχω δε τον υπέρηχο σας αλλά αν μιλαέι μόνο για ήπια πάχυνση και εικόνα αδενομύωσης τότε θα έλεγα οτι δεν συντρέχει κάνενας λόγος ανησυχίας.
