Πολύποδες χολής 5,9 χιλιοστά: Χειρουργείο ή παρακολούθηση κάθε 6 μήνες;
Έχω πολύποδες χολής ασυμπτωματικους 5,9 χιλιοστά ο μεγαλύτερος. Σύνολο είναι 4 .οι υπόλοιποι είναι μικρού μεγέθους 1,5 μέχρι 4 χιλιοστά . Συστήνεται χειρουργείο άμεσα ή παρακολούθηση κάθε 6μηνες για αρχή; Δεν υπάρχει χολολιθίαση.Ευχςριστω εκ των προτέρων!

Ένδειξη για χειρουργείο έχουμε όταν ο πολύποδας είναι 15mm. Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις δεν πρόκειται για γνήσιους πολύποδες αλλά για ψευδοπολυποδες δηλαδή είναι χοληστερινικοι λίθοι και επειδή η χολή είναι πηχτή κρέμονται από το τοίχωμα και στον υπέρηχο φαίνονται σαν πολύποδες. 8 στους 10 στο τέλος χειρουργούνται.

Αν είστε νέος θα σύστηνα παρακολούθηση. Αν είστε άνω των 45 ετών χειρουργείο.

Παρακολούθηση με υπερηχογράφημα ανά 6μηνο.Αν γίνονται οι"πολύποδες" περισσότεροι σε αριθμό ή μεγαλύτεροι σε διάμετρο τότε χρειάζεται επέμβαση
