Αυξάνεται η πιθανότητα κακοήθειας αν διπλασιαστεί το μέγεθος πολύποδα;
Μπορεί κάποιος χειρουργός να μου πει, η ανάπτυξη ενός (από κάμποσους μικρους) πολύποδες στη χοληδοχο κυστη από 4 χιλιοστά σε 8, σημαίνει σίγουρη κακοήθεια? Η απλά αυξάνονται οι πιθανότητες?

Δεν σημαίνει ότι υπάρχει απαραίτητα κακοήθεια. Το ότι αυξάνεται το μέγεθος όμως πιθανόν να υποδεικνύει ότι χριεάζεται χειρουργείο.

Καλησπέρα σας,αν ο πολυποδα φτάνει 8 χιλιοστά ηπαρχει κοντινό για καρκίνο. Αν μπορείτε ελάτε να σας δω για οριστική αντιμετώπιση

ΚΑΜΙΑ κακοήθεια.Μικρές πετρούλες είναι οι "πολύποδες" αυτοί, που έτσι τις ονομάζει ο ακτινολόγος στο υπέρηχο.Όταν η πετρούλα μεγαλώσει,έχει βάρος,ξεκολλάει από το τοίχωμα της χοληδόχου,και στην μετακίνηση ο ακτινολόγος την βλέπει να αλλάζει θέση και την ονομάζει πέτρα-λίθο!! Σύντομα χολοκυστεκτομή!!!
