Νεφρός μικρότερος κατά 1 εκ. στα 7, ανησυχία και παρακολούθηση;
Καλησπέρα σας..βγάλαμε έναν υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας στο παιδάκι μας και μας είπε η ακτινολόγος ότι το ένα του νεφρό είναι πιο μικρό από το άλλο κατά 1 εκατ.περίπου!Το παιδάκι είναι 7 ετών..Δεν έχει κάποιο σύμπτωμα και ουρεί κανονικά!Μας είπε να μην αγχωνόμαστε και να το ελέγξουμε μετα από 1 χρόνο!Έχει κάποια άποψη κάποιος ειδικός;

Είναι ανατομική παραλλαγή χωρίς να υπάρχει θέμα με την λειτουργία των νεφρών

Ο μόνος που μπορεί και πρέπει να αξιολογήσει την εξέταση είναι ο ιατρός που την ζήτησε.

Αν όλα είναι φυσιολογικά στην απεικόνιση, τότε το άνισο μέγεθος μεταξύ των δύο νεφρών δεν είναι κάτι σοβαρό
