Μπορεί η πτώση αιματοκρίτη να οφείλεται στο plaquenil για ρευματοειδή πολυμυαλγία;
Καλησπερα σας, για τη θεραπεία ρευματοειδής πολυμυαλγιας λαμβάνω δυο φορες την ημέρα plaquenil 200mg . Απο την αρχη της λήψης παρατηρώ σταδιακή πτωση στον αιματοκρίτη. Μπορει να οφείλεται στην υδροξυχλωροκινη;

Σπάνια, σε βαριά έλλειψη του ενζύμου G6PD, μπορεί το plaquenil να προκαλέσει αιμόλυση. Το πιθανότερο όμως είναι ότι συμβαίνει κάτι άλλο που χρήζει διερεύνησης
