Πώς να διαχειριστώ νυχτερινούς πόνους στο γόνατο με υπάρχουσα δισκοκήλη;
Καλησπέρα .Είμαι 45 χρονών κ πριν από 3 μήνες ξεκίνησα να έχω έντονους πόνους στο γόνατο πλάγια εσωτερικά κατά τις βραδινές ώρες μόνο,κατά τη διάρκεια του ύπνου κ συνήθως κατά την αλλαγή θέσης του σώματος .Γυμνάζομαι εδώ κ πολλά χρόνια χωρίς ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα στα γόνατο .Το μόνο πρόβλημα που έχω είναι μια δισκοκηλη ,η οποία κατά καιρούς με δημιουργεί πρόβλημα στη μέση .Έπειτα από επίσκεψη σε ορθοπεδικό κ κάνοντας μαγνητική η οποία δεν έδειξε κάτι το σοβαρό ( υποσημαινομενη ενδοαρθρικη συλλογή κ οίδημα του υποδόριου λιπώδης ιστου κ τενοντωση ) μου χορηγήθηκαν κάποιες βιταμίνες για χονδροπαθεια .Ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι αν δεν δω βελτίωση ίσως να χρειαστεί ένεση με υαλουρονικο .Εσείς τι μου προτείνετε;

Η μαγνητική και τα συμπτώματα δείχνουν τενοντίτιδα (ουσιαστικά) και ο ορθοπαιδικός πρώτα σας δίνει βιταμίνες (???) και μετά σας συστήνει θεραπεία για αρθρίτιδα ; (υαλουρονικό). Ή η μαγνητική είναι λάθος (δεν αποκλείεται) ή πρέπει να αλλάξετε ορθοπαιδικό
