Εντονος πονος στο γόνατο μετά απο επεμβάσεις συνδεσμοπλαστικής ACL: Χρειάζεται μαγνητική;
Ενα ετος μετα απο επεμβαση συνδεσμοπλαστικης προσθιου χιαστου (διπλη, καθως υποβληθηκα και σε συμπληρωματικη αρθροσκοπηση μετα την κυριως επέμβαση) και συρραφης μηνισκου, αντιμετωπιζω εντονο αλγος στο εσωτερικο του γονατος (στην ευθεια που τοποθετειται η βιδα περιπου). Πονος που αναπαραγεται κατα την πιεση αλλα και σε κινησεις οπως ανεβοκατεβασμα σκαλας, βαθυ καθισμα τρεξιμο κλπ. Ο χειρουργος ισχυριζεται οτι προκειται περι κακης αποκαταστασης. Μια μαγνητική θα με βοηθουσε; Ευχαριστω

Είναι πολύ πιο πιθανό να οφείλεται σε μη επούλωση του μηνίσκου με συνέπεια συνεχιζόμενη εκφύλιση ή / και αρχές αρθρίτιδας. Μία μαγνητική είναι σίγουρα απαραίτητη, αλλά σε δις χειρουργημένο γόνατο μπορεί να μην είναι πολύ εύκολη στη διάγνωση. Συνιστάται να γίνει σε κέντρο με εξειδικευμένο ακτινολόγο στο μυοσκελετικό.
