Είναι απόφοιτη του Αμερικανικού Κολλεγίου Ελλάδας (Bsc Ψυχολογίας) και ασκήθηκε στον Ψυχιατρικό Τομέα του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Νοσημάτων Θώρακος Αθηνών "Η Σωτηρία". Έχει παρακολουθήσει τα ετήσια σεμινάρια Κλινικής Ψυχοπαθολογίας (2005) και Φιλοσοφία και Μεθοδολογία της Ψυχοπαθολογίας (2006) της Α' Ψυχιατρικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Αιγινήτειο Νοσοκομείο. Το 2010 αποφοίτησε από το 4ετές εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα της Ψυχοθεραπείας Gestalt (GF Αθήνας). Έχει εργαστεί εθελοντικά στο Σύλλογο Καρκινοπαθών Αθήνας ΚΕΦΙ (ατομικές συνεδρίες και ομάδες εκπαίδευσης εθελοντών για το σύλλογο), στην Ένωση "Μαζί για το Παιδί", στη στελέχωση και λειτουργία της "11525 Γραμμής Μαζί για το Παιδί" (ατομικές συνεδρίες κ συμβουλευτική σε παιδιά - εφήβους - γονείς) αλλά και στο Γηροκομείο "Εστία Κωνσταντινουπόλεως" σε ομάδες ψυχικής ενδυνάμωσης ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Είναι τακτικό μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Ψυχοθεραπείας Gestalt και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για την Ψυχοθεραπεία Gestalt. Ιδιαίτερα ευαισθητοποιημένη σε θέματα γονεϊκότητας (είναι μητέρα τριών παιδιών), συντονίζει εθελοντικά ομάδες γονέων σε σχολεία και κέντρα ξένων γλωσσών. Παρακολουθεί αεναώς επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης (τραύμα, κακοποίηση, παρέμβαση στην κρίση, ζευγάρια, δυναμική ομάδων, απώλεια, πένθος). Παίρνει μέρος σε ημερίδες, φεστιβάλ και workshops που προάγουν την ψυχική υγεία στην κοινότητα, συμμετέχει σε 15ετή ομάδα μελέτης και ενδοεποπτείας, σε 2ετή ομάδα Mindfulness για θεραπευτές και κάνει ατομική ψυχοθεραπεία και εποπτεία. Εκπαιδεύεται στο Παραμύθι και στο Mindfulness ως εργαλείο για το στρες. Ως επαγγελματίας ψυχικής υγείας, αγαπάει την ευθύνη, τον εθελοντισμό και την αισθητική στη διάγνωση .

Η κ.Βεμβέτσου σε κερδίζει από την πρώτη στιγμή που θα ανοίξει την πόρτα του γραφείου της και θα σε καλωσορίσει με αυτό το ζεστό και καλωσυνάτο χαμόγελο!!! Νοιώθεις τοσο οικία και όμορφα που είναι λες και την ξέρεις χρονια!!! Τι καλύτερο κριτήριο από αυτό για να καταλάβεις ότι έχεις βρει τον άνθρωπο που μαζί του θα εργαστείς στο να κατανοήσεις αποδεχτείς και να αγαπήσεις τον εαυτό σου!!!
