Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς επαγγελματικής της κατάρτισης παρακολουθεί σεμινάρια, συνέδρια και εκπαιδεύσεις/επιμορφώσεις γύρω από την ψυχική υγεία. Η εργασιακή της εμπειρία ξεκίνησε το 2017 στο πλαίσιο καλοκαιρινής απασχόλησης ως Βοηθός Ψυχολόγου στην ΕΛΕΠΑΠ – Ελληνική Εταιρία Προστασίας & Αποκατάστασης Αναπήρων Προσώπων. Στη συνέχεια​,​ με την ολοκλήρωση του πρώτου μέρους των σπουδών της το 2018​,​ εργάστηκε στο πλαίσιο εθελοντικής αποστολής στη Σρι Λάνκα μέσω του SLV.Global (οργανισμός ψυχικής υγείας με έδρα το Λονδίνο). Ακολούθως το 2018 έως το 2019​,​ στο πλαίσιο της πρακτικής της άσκησης​,​ απασχολήθηκε στο Chichester Centre (ψυχιατρική κλινική του Εθνικού Συστήματος Υγείας της Αγγλίας – NHS) και παράλληλα απασχολήθηκε σε βοηθητική θέση στο Mill View Hospital (επίσης ψυχιατρική κλινική του NHS). Επιστρέφοντας στην Ελλάδα το 2021 εργάστηκε εθελοντικά στον οργανισμό ΜΕΤΑδραση – Δράση για την Μετανάστευση & την Ανάπτυξη στον τομέα ψυχοκοινωνικής υποστήριξης σε δομή φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων προσφύγων. Εν συνεχεία​,​ το 2021 έως το 2022 εργάστηκε στην ομάδα έκτακτης υποστήριξης πληττόμενων προσώπων από τροχαία ατυχήματα της ασφαλιστικής εταιρείας Hellas Direct. Τέλος​,​ το 2023 εργάστηκε ως Ψυχολόγος στο πρόγραμμα ψυχοκοινωνικής υποστήριξης «BREATH» του οργανισμού FairLife – Φροντίδα & Πρόληψη για τον Καρκίνο του Πνεύμονα. Πλέον εργάζεται ως Ψυχολόγος - Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, προσφέροντας υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής και ψυχοθεραπείας σε ενήλικες (διά ζώσης & διαδικτυακά). Παράλληλα συνεργάζεται με την W.I.N. Hellas, η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα της πρόληψης και αντιμετώπισης της βίας κατά των γυναικών και της προώθησης της ισότητας των φύλων.
