Κύριο μέλημα μου όταν ένας άνθρωπος αναζητά για πρώτη φορά βοήθεια σε ένα πρώτο ραντεβού είναι ο ίδιος να αποκτήσει μία πρώτη κατανόηση του θέματός του και να λάβει κάποιες κατευθύνσεις στο πώς να το προσεγγίσει. Φυσικά, αυτό εξαρτάται σε μεγάλο βαθμό από τη φύση του προβλήματος και την κατανόηση του κάθε ανθρώπου.
