Προσωπικά κρίνω ως υψίστης σημασίας, όταν επισκέπτεσαι ένα γιατρό , δεί ένα ψυχολόγο, να βιώνεις την ουσιαστική ενασχόληση με τη περίπτωσή σου και να μη σε αντιμετωπίζει ως ένα "επιπλέον" περιστατικό στο ημερήσιο πρόγραμμά του. Η κ.Ντυμένου είναι μια άριστη επαγγελματίας ψυχικής υγείας. Εξαιρετικά προσιτή σε κάνει να νιώσεις άνετα από την πρώτη συνεδρία και σου εμπνέει ασφάλεια και εμπιστοσύνη. Είναι ήρεμη, με κατανόηση και χωρίς καμία διάθεση κριτικής ενώ εμβαθύνει στα αιτήματά σου με σαφή πρόθεση να βοηθήσει.Φαίνεται πως έχει ένα πολύ καλό ακαδημαικό background, τηρεί τα πρωτόκολλα και σέβεται τα όρια του θεραπευόμενου.
