Με τη βοήθειά της, κατάφερα να κατανοήσω τον εαυτό μου καλύτερα και να αντιμετωπίσω τους φόβους μου με τρόπους που δεν πίστευα ότι μπορούσα. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα ότι μιλούσα με έναν άνθρωπο που με καταλάβαινε πραγματικά. Δημιουργεί ένα περιβάλλον γεμάτο ασφάλεια και εμπιστοσύνη, κάτι που για μένα ήταν καθοριστικό. Όταν ξεκίνησα να μιλάω μαζί της, δεν ήμουν σίγουρη τι να περιμένω. Ήμουν γεμάτη άγχος και ένιωθα ότι όλα γύρω μου ήταν βουνό. Από την πρώτη μας συνάντηση, όμως, κατάλαβα ότι είχα βρει έναν άνθρωπο που με καταλάβαινε πραγματικά. Με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα χωρίς να με πιέσει ποτέ. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που τη συνάντησα, κατάλαβα ότι είναι επαγγελματίας με βαθιά γνώση και αφοσίωση στον τομέα της ψυχολογίας. Δημιουργεί ένα ζεστό και υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον, που με έκανε να αισθανθώ άνετα και ασφαλής κατά τη διάρκεια των συνεδριών μας.
