Στο πλαίσιο της εκπαίδευσης της, δραστηριοποιήθηκε ερευνητικά, πραγματοποιώντας μελέτη για τη συμβολή της δυσανεξίας στην αβεβαιότητα (Intolerance of Uncertainty) στη διατροφική παθολογία γυναικών με Νευρική Ανορεξία (Anorexia Nervosa). Από το 2022, βρίσκεται σε διαδικασία εκπαίδευσης στη Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία (CBT) στην Ελληνική Εταιρεία Έρευνας Συμπεριφοράς, σε τετραετές πρόγραμμα σπουδών πιστοποιημένο και σύμφωνο με τα κριτήρια της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρείας Γνωσιακών Συμπεριφοριστικών Θεραπειών - European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT). Έχει διατελέσει εξάμηνη κλινική άσκηση στο Ψυχιατρικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής Δρομοκαΐτειο, όπου έλαβε θεωρητική και πρακτική εκπαίδευση στην ψυχοθεραπεία ασθενών με Ψυχωτικές Διαταραχές, Διαταραχές Προσωπικότητας, και, Διπολικές και Συνδεόμενες Διαταραχές. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, συμμετείχε σε υποστηρικτική ομάδα νοσηλευόμενων ασθενών, παρακολούθησε κλινική εξέταση ασθενών με σκοπό τη ψυχιατρική εκτίμηση και διάγνωση, ατομικές θεραπευτικές συνεδρίες, καθώς και λήψη ιστορικού, χορήγηση, αξιολόγηση, και ερμηνεία ψυχομετρικών δοκιμασιών (MMPI, WAIS-R). Εργάστηκε σε κέντρο Ειδικών Θεραπειών στην Αθήνα προσφέροντας συμβουλευτική γονέων και ατομικές συνεδρίες με παιδιά και εφήβους, ενώ στο παρόν ιδιωτεύει, πραγματοποιώντας δια ζώσης και online συνεδρίες. Στο διάστημα όλων αυτών των ετών, έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων, βιωματικών εργαστηρίων και συνεδριών από Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό.
