Σπούδασε Ψυχολογία (ΒΑ Psychology-Open University UK/ Deree), ολοκλήρωσε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Κοινωνική-Αναπτυξιακή Ψυχολογία στο Πανεπιστήμιο Λούντ της Σουηδίας (ΜSc Lund University, Sweden) και είναι κάτοχος αδείας ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος ψυχολόγου. Ακόμα έχει σπουδάσει Θεατρικές Τέχνες και Σωματικό Θέατρο (EKΠΑ - Τμήμα Θεατρικών Σπουδών, CISPA.DK), έχει ειδικευτεί στην τέχνη της τοποειδικής Performance στην Ακαδημία Δραματικής Τέχνης της Στοκχόλμης (Uniarts - Stockholms konstnärliga högskola). Είναι απόφοιτη του τετραετούς Κλινικού Προγράμματος Ψυχοθεραπείας στο Ινστιτούτο Έρευνας και Συστημικής Θεραπείας «Λόγω Ψυχής» και από το 2016 πραγματοποιεί συνεδρίες για ενήλικες, παιδιά και εφήβους σε κέντρα ψυχικής υγείας με στόχο την ψυχική ενδυνάμωση, την επίλυση συναισθηματικών δυσκολιών και την σωματική συνειδητότητα (σημειο ψ - κοινωνικές και δημιουργικές δράσεις, Παιχνίδι - κέντρο ειδικών θεραπειών, Therapy Nest κ.α.). Την άνοιξη του 2024 ίδρυσε τον χώρο σωματικής αντίληψης και ψυχοθεραπείας Mind Body LAB. στο Χαλάνδρι όπου εργάζεται ως σωματική/αφηγηματική ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και ως εισηγήτρια μαθημάτων κίνησης. Τέλος, ασχολείται ενεργά με τον τομέα της έρευνας στις ανθρωπιστικές/κοινωνικές επιστήμες και την τέχνη μέσω δημοσιεύσεων και παρουσιάσεων σε συνέδρια στη Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.
