Η Λυδία είναι τρομερή επαγγελματίας! Αφιερώνει τον χρόνο που χρειάζεται για να σε ακούσει και εμπνέει απόλυτη εμπιστοσύνη. Έχω κάνει δύο συνεδρίες μετα από ένα μισή Χρόνο που έκανα με άλλη ψυχολόγο και με έχει κάνει να νιώσω πολύ πιο άνετα και να πω εύκολα πράγματα που απέφευγα να συζητήσω.

Πολύ θετική η πρώτη εντύπωση ! Κάνει αρκετές ερωτήσεις, το οποίο για μενα είναι πολύ σημαντικό, δηλαδή να συμμετέχει ενεργά στην διαδικασία ! Μπορεί να σε ξεκλειδώσει, να σε μεταπηδήσει απο το ένα θέμα στο άλλο κ ταυτόχρονα να συνδέσει όλα τα ανοιχτά θέματα μαζί ! Την συνιστώ !
